My name is Veselina Panayotova. I believe that behind every successful business lies the right structure and one vital principle: 'People do business with people.' After years in the US and holding senior leadership roles at industry giants like P&G, Ficosota, and Carlsberg, my passion today is supporting entrepreneurs on their journey.
I have experienced it all—from managing teams of 200+ employees to navigating the unique challenges of running my own business. I know how to make a business sustainable, how to get your products into major retail chains, and how to turn chaos into a working system. I love working with visionaries; I believe that women-led businesses are the hidden engine of our economy, and businesses with a cause are my true passion.
